Purchasing from automatically means that you have read and agree to our Terms and conditions. 

Shipping and Handling Policy

All orders are shipped out from the Philippines. International orders will be shipped out via PhilPost. Orders locally will be shipped out via LBC. All orders will be provided with tracking/registered mail.

Shipping Estimates:

  • Philippines (MetroManila): 1-3 Days after shipment

  • Philippines (Provincial): 2-5 Days after shipment

  • Overseas: 2-9 weeks after shipment

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.

Returns and Exchange Policy

Once your order has been shipped out, sales are final. Unfortunately we’re not able to take any refunds at the moment. Please read item descriptions specifications carefully before purchase. Keep in mind that once your order has been shipped it isn’t in our hands anymore. We have no control over the postal system.

The zine, postcards, and stickers will be packaged securely in plastic resealable sleeves. All orders will be packaged securely in bubble mailers to ensure they arrive safely to you! AcTravelzine is not liable for damage of items during transit.

Exchanges is only applicable if we send the wrong order by mistake or an item is incomplete. Please provide proof when sending us an email.

Packages returned to sender due to customer negligence (wrong address given, customer did not notify us of the change in address, failure to pick up the package, etc.) will not be reshipped or refunded unless they pay for shipping again.

Please note that all the products in are preorder items unless specified in their description. Estimations when the orders will be shipped out is on March 2020 unless specified otherwise.
